Who we are

WirelessElevatorCamera.com is operated by an authorized referral partner of VideoComm Technologies (Elevator Video Systems), Burlington, Ontario, Canada. We help buyers find the right wireless elevator video system and pass their requests to VideoComm.

What we collect

When you request a quote, chat with our assistant or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to share: your name, company, email, phone number, country and details about your building and project, plus the conversation itself.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions and to send your request to VideoComm so it can prepare a quote and follow up with you. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with VideoComm. Our quote form is provided by Zoho, and our chat assistant uses an AI service from Anthropic to generate answers. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and chat transcripts for as long as needed to handle your request and our partnership records, and then delete them.
